With regard to the obligation arising from the Consumer Dispute Resolution Act §§ 36, 37, we inform our patients of the following: Our practice is not obliged to participate in an out-of-court dispute resolution procedure or a consumer arbitration board and does not participate in an out-of-court dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.

Irrespective of this clarification with regard to the new Consumer Dispute Resolution Act, we expressly refer to the long-standing arbitration board at the Hamburg Chamber of Dentists, which is responsible for us as a public corporation and performs precisely such a function in dentistry.
