In the past, X-ray images were stored on film. We wanted to avoid developing chemicals. That’s why we invested in digital X-ray systems at the CMD Center Hamburg-Eppendorf right from the start. In the meantime, we have replaced all devices with new systems with more sensitive sensors. The images can be enlarged and subsequently processed safely. This makes even the smallest details visible on the images, which were previously easily hidden on the small films. We store the images in your electronic patient file.
And because digital is not only simple, but also easy to send, we can send encrypted copies to your referring dentist in no time at all – if you wish and agree. This is how the future works today.
